Agreed. However, your sources are deceiving you. There will be no non dilutive funding.

Why would shareholders authorize increase in share count? So they get diluted to oblivion!

The least that shareholders should expect is:

1) management give up all the true ups from the past and bring that in play first.

2) management’s compensation is tied to shareholder performance (meaning share price growth).

3) non performing and unethical members of management must retire right away such as LG, DI, etc.

4) bring in an experienced big pharma executive to their board or executive management team.
