The request for an extension was filed: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1652539/000106299325006648/formnt10k.htm So that allows for an extra 15 days (I was wrong in stating 5 in my last post) but he can take longer without being penalized because OTC regulations around noncompliance aren't as strict as with exchanges.
