COOP Was a Subsidiary of WMIHC.

WMIHC only sold off the subsidiary COOP.

WMIHC is now free to generate a IPO to legacy released WMI Commons holders free and clear of COOP/NationStar.

NationStar doesn’t get our assets.


Anyone have the current FDIC Receivership numbers.
