The intended or unintended inference of Attila’s highlighted link is that it (aka:maa) went to appeal. The shorting/pps drop today infers more shares were/(are going to be) issued for that.
I don’t believe the above inferences, at least I don’t believe anyone knows enough to provide/share such inferences.
