Just to clarify, are you saying that FDA approval will not happen by end of 2028? I ask because it sure seems like any company that is expected to get an MHRA approval in 2025 (your expectation) would be able to get an approval in another jurisdiction, like FDA, within 2 years. Even if you give almost one year away (2025), the end of 2028 is 3 years out after that.
I would venture to say that you would expect anyone buying at current prices will see major upside by that time based on your assumption of approval by MHRA “soon” and Flaskworks expected by you within about 1.5-2 years after that with approvals in other jurisdictions along the way with Canada’s reciprocal agreement with the UK likely the fastest. This is all based on your timeline which others have given evidence to as way slow with Flaskworks.
Then again, once L is approved Direct approval will be expected by investors and early trial results would be in by the end of 2028 if based on response rate.
You claim major dilution but I figure someone will actually understand what approval means with Flaskworks in the wings and much further along than you think. That alone should bring in at least one big investor or cause many big longs to invest at a much greater rate as long as Linda provides sufficient clarity. You actually seem to be planning for this clarity to be inspired by the law suit you claim will happen by the end of this year; ). Best wishes.
