In one post you told me that only violating S-K, Item 404 would not land Powers in prison (and its good to know you admitted Powers did violate S-K, Item 404) then on your specific request I posted a long list of SEC regulations she did violate what could land her in jail and then the next post you complain its the kitchen sink. You really don't know what you want do you? Do you think its strange everyone here calls you flip flop?

1. They have never disclosed Advent is a privately held CDMO by the CEO as required by SEC. Quote the company that they have as you claim
2. They have never received ASM approval to fund Advent with shareholders' money as required by SEC. Bring proof forward that they have as you claim
3. They have not installed an independent Board Oversight to oversee the funds funneled into Advent as required by SEC. Bring proof forward that they have as you claim
