Yes, Kimbal seems to have been a Dem as late as 2019. But then Elon was, too, far as I know. Kimbal did also donate to John McCain.

And he's been in the restaurant biz for a long time. Of course, he's not a kid. Neither is Elon, though Elon, at least, is immature.
