I can imagine if I were such the Redhawk bagholder after being warned for years that Redhawk had obvious problems, I would feel pretty desperate too. In the future, may I suggest using some common sense. In every context, whenever an entity quits paying their mortgage and allows a property to be seized by the sheriff, there is a fundamental problem that should be screaming itself in your head.
