Once again the company doesn't tell the truth. I reported Wednesday the 26th that the OS was updated to show 375 million shares added to the count. That was before the open so we do not count the 195 million share sell off that day. Giving credit for the day of the last update of March 12th we have a total of 330,493,780 shares traded over the ten day period. Clearly there is no way possible to get 375 million new shares into the market between March 12th and this pre-open update of March 26th, right?

Using my posts to chronicle the events of what were obvious share dumps and market manipulation leading up to the March 5th and 12th OS updates where the company reported that zero shares were added. February 18th a company press release announces the "Investor Education Series" with part 1 to be released on February 27th. Same day someone cleared the 7s by buying up more than 90 million shares at 7 in less than 60 seconds of trading and starts the move up . See post# 41045 with a pic of the trades.

Go to the chart for the day of Monday, February 24th. They managed to work the price up to an ask of $0.001 then at 2:09 someone dumps 25.5 million shares which killed the run to $0.001. On the 27th post# 41456 comments with pic of the trades showing that someone buying up the 9s to move the zone up.

Someone buys up the 9s on February 27th moving the range up, Post# 41456. Then the next day on Friday, February 28th we see massive dumping into the bid at 8 shown in Post# 41484 complete with a pic of the trading.

Now Monday March 3rd the day before the scheduled release of part 2 of the "Investor Education Series" they finished off the 8s with another series of 500K trades then went to work on the 7s decimating those. Details with pics of the trading in Post# 41597. Go to the chart for March 3rd and you will see 165,784,078 shares dumped in only three minutes of trading at 3:23, 3:26, and 3:27. March 5th the company updated the OS on the OTC site to show a zero increase and again for March 12th. BigBadWolf post #41880 linked below chronicles the OS shares count updates. Would like to get some eyes on this to Forensically scrutinize the 375 million in new share dumps and the OS updates. Certainly looks like market manipulation to me.

Really? you bought those 7s? 😏 I would like to see evidence, then we will circle back after the SEC qualifies that reg A and this becomes a screaming sell. 😆 I doubt very seriously. Talk about market manipulation. 90,159,441 bought in less than 60 seconds at 12:39, and no, they didn't want any 8s. This is trash.

Looks like they are doing the same thing they did when this was in the 7s. Trying to clear out the 9s. Trades between 9:58 to 10:11. 13 minuets accounted for a bit more than 47 million of the trades today.

The "Education Series" was launched yesterday with Part 1. Lesson 1, how to unload the 8s in massive quantities to those who believe they can flip the next two lessons in March. 😆 Nice strategy to not only encourage new traders to buy but also encourages people to hold while they sell. What will Part 2 bring on March 4th?

Another crushing day their friendo. 🤣🤣🤣 202,661,492 shares traded today with more than 168 million of that on the sell side. A bunch more selling at 8 for 500K shares each and when they took that out they went to work on the 7s. I see over the course of 2 minutes of 3:37 and 3:28 that they took out 141 million shares at 7. 🤣🤣🤣. I'm sorry this is hilarious after I tell you all what is happening.

Yeah, you are probably right. Three minutes of trading today accounted for 166 million shares sold into the bid. Just a normal bad day. 🤭 What did I say they should do to that massive bid build at 7 Friday? "They should do another massive dump and paint the close at 8" What happened today? 🤣 24.6 million shares dumped at 3:23, 96 million shares dumped at 3:26, another 45 million shares dumped at 3:27. Destroyed the 7s today so quickly that those sitting on the bid had very little time to understand what was happening and pull their bids.

Looks like you all gobbled up another 375,000,000 shares since the March 12th update. They got you again. 🤣 We are up to 6,746,260,661 shares on the OS as of todays update. It is a bloody promotional miracle that this trades as high as it does. That is nine days of trading for an average of 41,666,666 shares each trading day.
