We will see… and if that is the case when would be the best time for them to merge in? End of year? They did their UAE IPO in Nov/Dec and had a lot of success with that, would they stick to that timeline for this? Or will they not use TCRI at all. Hard to say right now. Seems like they are working on the USA just not sure how Tcri fits into it.
