the core issue is whether the positive news was suppressed.

That is not an issue in the court case. The case is specifically that NWBO was damaged by receiving less cash for their shares sold than the would have.

And that amounts to the total from Exhibit 4 of the SAC, which is about $500k.

The Court just called BS on the other claims.
