It's easy to rewrite history with the benefit of hindsight, but let’s stick to the facts. The dramatic rise in share price during the OTC run-up wasn’t some "freakish" event, it was driven by genuine market enthusiasm, speculative momentum, and the broader conditions of that time. Many companies saw rapid appreciation in value, and HUMBL was no exception.

More importantly, implying that investors were somehow "tricked" ignores the reality of public markets: they are inherently volatile, and everyone who participates, whether they win or lose, does so of their own volition. No one was forced to buy shares, and no one was promised guaranteed returns.

Regarding the B share issuance, portraying it as some secretive betrayal is disingenuous. The move was disclosed through proper filings, and it was a strategic decision, one that many companies have used to support long-term sustainability. Could communication have been better? Perhaps. But suggesting that it was some grand deception is misleading at best.

It’s easy to throw stones from the sidelines, but real leadership requires making tough decisions, adapting to market realities, and continuing to innovate even when the going gets tough. The narrative of "crooked smiles" is an emotional reaction, not an objective assessment.
