The run up was a freakish feature of the times back then. And no doubt people made money…a lot of money. If they got out.

But after that it was all downhill…especially after the B share issuance was revealed…well after the fact.

But I am sure Foote uses that freakish OTC run as a way to assuage his conscience (assuming he has one) when it comes to what he did to folks once reality started to set in.

Unfortunately many many people believed that crooked smile as they lost money…

1) Do I own stock?
Answer: No. I don’t invest in penny stocks.
2) Why am I here?
Answer: I like debating things that I have a 95.7% chance of being right about.
3) Am I a paid basher?
Answer: Wait…what? You can get paid for this?
