If Merck genuinely wants to pay that multiple (the alternative being not getting access to DCVax-L and Direct) then there’s ways they can discreetly help NWBO management to boost the SP post-approval that are simply less effective before a regulatory approval is in hand.

Hopefully NWBO will have not pissed away the time between December 2023 and March 2025 and will have the FDA application ready to submit with just the need to update it to reference MHRA approval. Even at their glacial speed, it is hard to justify an application to the FDA taking additional months as opposed to days or weeks. Still NWBO and hard to justify often get used in the same sentence so what should by all that is just and fair might not happen had they might mess around some more with dithering and tinkering.
