You’re right about one thing—people have been waiting a long time. And that’s exactly why so many wrote DBMM off.

Revocation? Escaped.

Caveat Emptor? Escaped.

Still trading? Yes.


Most of the thousands of naked short stories you mention? Those companies didn’t survive.
DBMM did.

You say you’re not against a dividend action or a preferred share issuance? Good.
Because whether it’s sleight of hand or sleight of truth, we’ll see who was right soon enough.

But to be clear—it’s a preferred share dividend, where every shareholder gets a fractional preferred share, and the shorts have to deliver it to the holders of the naked shares they sold.
And that’s a problem they can’t solve with a simple price suppression strategy.

And if there’s really nothing to fear, there’s no reason for you (or anyone else) to object if DBMM’s board pulls the trigger.

Time sorts these things out. It always does.
