Good job on including the prompt to the AI. An acquisition by Merck would make sense and the once MHRA approval happens we’ll be able to see if it’s in the cards. Presumably approval eliminates any suspicion that Merck could turn around and bury the tech without catching hell for it and it sets the stage for the first step.

The first step beyond an understanding the two companies have (hopefully) achieved ‘behind the scenes’ would be management helping by finally working to boost NWBO’s share price to a level where Merck could pay a multiple both NWBO and Merck shareholders could live with.

The buyout will probably not be immediate upon approval but the first step should be.
