Have you seen where he's been paid the $3M in Cash? We know he has some shares, but no significant Cash payments are noted on the filings. The remaining $4M hinges on sales, which to date Sohm hasn't had any noteworthy ABBIE sales.
So you see...Sohm is a long ways off from fulfilling debt obligations. Let alone Bhat's debt, and the others.
