We're currently at about 1.4M Market Cap with $600K Revs YTD, thru Sept 2024.

By their own admission, we are many months from any announced Licensing deals.

What if they do get a Licensing deal? What will it be for? $2M Cash. With Milestones. Big deal.

Sohm owes a lot of money to Aguilar...so any upfront Licensing payments will go straight to payout for him, and other debt-holders are also waiting in line too.

So, imo, it's going to be a long while before "Licensing" affects the Sohm bottom line.

The only thing that will change that is if they get a large Licensing deal. I'm not confident they've got the goods or expertise anymore.

Imo, who wants to pay .0007, for a Company that has maybe $700-800K in sales, plenty of debt, and Fails to deliver.

I suppose there's people that like to tie up money for indefinite periods of time.

Regarding "Substantial and verifiable"...the only thing I would have Trust in is if they Announced a Licensing deal, that also included the name of the Partner, would need to be a known Pharma, and if the Partner was directly quoted in the PR.

...AND the PR would need to have the $$$ size of the Licensing Contract, including the upfront Payment, and payment horizons.

Would Sohm do that...I have my doubts.
