Longer than that. There will nothing about this case other than arguing over discovery terms and compliance with said made public until about the end of 2026. The discovery itself will not be public.

The next major news, after the formal decision to deny the MTD, will be the war on summary judgements that should start around winter '27.

OK, maybe I am a bit pessimistic on Court timelines, but I think this will be a lot closer to reality than what some think.

And I would love to see any actual info come out of this. Just do not expect much.
