If I had to guess - and I want to stress, this is my speculation - the company is far more focused on the lawsuit than any of us retail investors would be comfortable with. Like....they are way more interested in the lawsuit than they are the MAA at this juncture.

If I had to guess, there is not a strong partner lined up that will bring in any substantial cash to fund operations in the near term. I do not see a strong likelihood of a 'bombshell' accompanying an MHRA approval announcement.

If I had to guess, the company is probably putting a few too many eggs in the basket that sees the lawsuit funding a strong portion of operations in the window between now and commercial revenue. And I think the window for real commercial revenue doesn't open any earlier than 2H 2026. So we're really hoping that a few hundred million becomes available to bridge the gap and stop dilution between now and then.
