Uh, no, definitely no chance it's the most brilliant. You don't have to guess, their strategy is definitely dumb, and illegal.

It is my strong opinion that they are intentionally keeping the share price low by restricting news to gain leverage in the lawsuit. My very strong opinion, supported by my own due diligence.
