The legal route has to be the last option any of us shareholders want to see.

Shareholders are in standby mode. Its do or die time. If Yves can deliver an agreement we should easily be back the 1-4 range thats been discussed. Personally I believe any sign of traction and commercial potential here will take us past that. The SP drive down has been achievable only in the vacuum of any meaningful news and the uncertainty with the CEO removal/replacement and pivot in business strategy.

I dont see any reason to sell and throw in the towel now. Adding more negative nonsense to the current atmosphere with a premature shareholder legal action sure isnt going to help.

We NEED an agreement announced before the ASM.
