Want to get rid of something - say Medicare - simply say it is chock full of massive fraud --- a lie but it works on some

Watch out for ridiculous claims of fraud and BEWARE the word REFORM ----- D does Reform and R does Reform -- and REFORM is just the word used when someone wants to gut something or bloat it or whatever --- all in the name of reform and eliminating fraud

We should argue that freeing F and F will eliminate fraud and be the REFORM that is needed -- such arguments will work
