FNMA - building homes?

The country does need more homes and homes built wisely and SMALLER

but - last I looked we have a free market system so builders build what will sell and make the most money?

Are you suggesting that GOV should get involved ? I would not disagree but there have been many efforts that have failed when GOV tries to fill a hole that private markets have left empty ---
