See that little word in there... "may"! Know what it means?
If you don't want your shares loaned out, just tell your broker to make your account a "cash account"!
And if they loan your shares out, they report it and it shows up on the bi-monthly short information... WHICH SHOWS THERE AREN'T ANY DBMM SHORTS!
