what share price you see at? a tesla premium like model s cost close to $100,000 but you can get a premium luxury for $35-$45K (non ev). i just don't see how the valuation of this at such an exorbitant p/e of 113 when most car companies are at pe of 6, even tech companies with p/e of 25. am i getting this wrong? why are some folks so bullish to $800? i want to understand the valuation ignoring politics. do they have patents that bars others from entry? folks aren't ready for self driving and many are sitting on a loss of 5k-6k package that they bought with it. it is a great car as i hear, but the question is of valuation not the product.
