Tatsumaki, My take is that Denner wants the share price
as low as possible, especially post reverse split, so once
the post split price is as low as possible, only then will
Sarissa acquire more shares. That way he will end up with
the largest percentage ownership of AMRN at the lowest possble
cost. In other words he gets the greatest bang for the buck that
way. Maybe once he's finished topping off his position will he
allow a the share buyback to actually be initiated. (But not unless
and until the share price is utterly destroyed post-split.) I hate to
say we were used when Denner convinced us to trust him, but
we were used!
