Very suspicious that a 1:20 reverse stock split was announced. Why 1:20? Why not something smaller? Certainly, something smaller would have been enough to support NASDAQ compliance. Is sarissa planning to short this thing back to $1.00 post-split? Does Sarissa give a shit about this company?
