Doesn’t matter. No company that has played victim card and filed lawsuits has succeeded. They are simply losers and use that as a shield for years and decades in some cases because they are unable to attract investor interest! Taking over 4.5 years since data lock to get approval in one tiny jurisdiction and that too without reimbursement evidence submission, and then complaining non-stop that we are trading in pennies, is a sign of a loser. Why would any savvy investor support such a team when the management has done nothing but lost investor money over the last 10-15 years.

You still haven’t responded to the non dilutive funding bet I proposed over a dozen times. Want to bet or have you conceded that there will be no non dilutive funding from big pharma?
