You knew that I would shred it with the filings. 😆 The company will be handling that reg A differently right? They plan to select investors that will not abuse the offering. 🙄 This isn't a normal reg A for sure. It is essentially fully subscribed by all the merger agreements. Those free trading shares of the common will be added to the nearly 6.4 billion shares already issued? But don't worry, you all will be pleased with how they get it sold somehow. 🤣

The company needs to buy out Jambella's majority ownership of Raadr with the "Jambella Redemption Note Agreement" or they really own nothing. Details with links in post# 40490. Agreement worth up to $1.8 million

Also part of the merger agreement are the "Share Cancellation Agreements" to be settled by the reg A offering. Details with links to the filing for those agreements can be found in post# 39028. Settled a total of $1,064,000, the 1.7 billion shares

The “Subject Convertible Notes” Here we have $100K to pay for legal services and another $1,050,000 slated for performance bonuses. Post # 39144 for details.
