The Law Firm's retainer is being paid this next week. The case will be filed shortly thereafter.
Firm's name will be published at that time. Court filing schedule, projected, will also be published at that time.
The case will be a direct business-fraud case, as the Class Action firm advised us, getting it to full filing will take too long, and cost us a couple of fraud charges due to statute of limitations. So, we have signed onto a direct business fraud case, which is easier to prosecute anywhere we want, and can be initiated pretty fast. In this kind of legal matter, we'll still have all 7 counts of fraud to level at the defendants.
Our law firm is still rummaging over the evidence, and to those of you here, who helped us carry this off and provided great evidence files to use, thank you very much. Everyone who signed up is still on our list, and you will be cited in court as a damaged contributor in the matter.
Sorry to those hoping for a class-action suit, but this mess was expansive to say the least, and both class action firms reviewing this case, alerted us to the statute limitations costing us one valuable charge of fraud (We have seven counts in the suit), and possibly a lot of money down required to get certification done, since neither firm trusted that Chandra and the Cotropias would have enough assets left to leverage this purely on outcome.
We have 10 defendants registered in this case, the max allowed for a lawsuit of this type. If anyone else wants to try and file a Class-Action on their own, we'd be happy to supply a copy of all evidence files to your case as well.
So, there you have it, all details full and true, More to come soon. I'm literally driving to a meeting for all 10 defendants face-to-face as we prep them for evidence review and the attorney's interviews of them. Then the law firm takes over everything, the case, defendant interaction, case planning and the website we're using, in case anyone wants to submit evidence late, but before court date(s).
Several of you I'll be reaching out to personally on PM's. Some public updates can be posted here, but not a lot. For best case outcomes, the firm will be gagging us prior to first hearings.
