Gus1212, I think the issue is that if the Market Makers cover all short positions including their naked short positions it will have the same impact on the SP as approval. To avoid this, they are electing not to cover prior to approval. After approval a buy out might take place and they will never need to cover. That is the only reason I can think of as to why they are not covering at this time. All IMO. I hope I am wrong, because I would like to see NWBO continue without BP.
But it would mean, $ for all longs and those who jumped in at these depressed prices.
