What has not been said is "what is the cost of the EMA not approving 2-73?" Currently 7 million people in the EMA's domain have AD. How many of those 7 million people will see the disease progress to the point where therapeutic intervention is meaningless? In essence, by not approving a safer and more efficacious drug like 2-73 the EMA is writing an early death sentence for thousands, if not millions of AD suffers. Think about that too for our own FDA.
