thanks for the update JD, as long as there's no competition the " price of doing business " won't change, unless it goes up...

let me ask you a hypothetical, say you had the legends removed on your certs and SHMN filed a Form 10 and their shrs were now registered, would that make it much easier to find a broker even though it was still sub penny ?
