I have a Cert ( another co ) that I had the legend removed years ago, my broker doesn't touch them, after checking Wilson Davis who the co recommended I gave up ( $1000.00 for their lawyers to review it ) plus a ridiculous commission.

Maybe things are loosening up, I hope so...
