The problem is We are diluting without knowing where the $ goes. This is not acceptable.

I have said it on this forum in the past you have to control the expenses at any cost even it means to slow down the progress of EDEN. Why? Because you are in OTC land and sharks are circling around you to make a decision like this (diluting). This is coming from experience. For god sakes Enough is enough. If you cant handle this sell the damn company to someone who can bring it to commercialization without diluting the heck of it. Now I am happy with BO of $3. So sad.
