NWBO is paying Advent cash portions of milestone achievements that easily cover their overhead. NWBO is paying Advent stock comp on milestones as well, which for all intents and purposes are going straight to Linda as investment.

so NWBO shares issued on a daily basis are (for lion's part) for: overhead at Advent + stock comp on milestones and the latter is what you were talking about.

This construction is over the line of criminal behavior especially when you take into account that Advent is now worth more than NWBO's market cap.
