might be a scam. Seriously? Ignore the noise from clueless posters on here. Do your own homework—http://Usaspending.gov, an official U.S. government site, lists this contract plain as day, along with CYBL’s others. Publicly available, verifiable, done.

For an OTC stock, $2.5 million is solid—not pocket change, but it’s just a taste of what’s coming. This sets up an insanely strong Q1, and bigger deals are absolutely on the horizon. If you’re not stacking shares in the $.004 range after we hit $.02 not long ago, what’s your game plan?
