Same here. In this stock for well over a decade. By now I have experienced and expect all authorized shares to enter the marketplace. The only issue that matters is an increase in authorized shares. 

There is zero I can do about shares that are issued to investors. So why let it matter to me? This is a company not known for transparency. It is what it is at this point. I do not own enough shares to force a change in proxy vote. So at the moment I use 1.7 Billion in my calculations. Fussing over another ten million shares means squat.
