Is that just a rumor/assumption or is there something to back that up? My view is it doesn't really matter, but maybe my view is wrong and that might be preventing a sale of the shell. I don't know. Either way, there is little hope of a bootstrap business built brick by brick over time for a random shell like this with zero assets. I think the only reason for shells to exist is for existing businesses to take them over. I think most of the OTC shares that view. That's the only reason anyone would consider investing in a shell imo.
