Skipper, sort of what I was thinking. Doesn't make sense if they are planning a BB. But it's also *possible* that they just keep those two transactions independent of each other, mostly for bookkeeping purposes. Because share awards have to come from somewhere. So they either have to issue new shares from Treasury, or buy shares on the market. So if they don't want to start the BB yet, then they don't really have a choice, but to issue new shares from Treasury.
