Those contracts were dead the day the buyer chose not to take them (and for good reason). "Common sense" would tell you that a company that hasn't uttered a single word to its shareholders since it was liquidated and shut down 6 1/2 years ago is long gone no matter how many google hits you get when you search for the company's name on the internet.
