If you have common sense which apparently you don't then you will figure out that the company had contracts which had to be under license and these contracts which were valued around 12B dollars were not transferred to the purchaser, so again common sense is that Bioamber Inc has remained active with all of it's contracts and the company's shares are also not canceled or the company, shareholders are all laughing with your input which is stupid and research reports are using accurate information only
