Tesla Crashes Through Fence at FAA Facility - Autonomous Driving?

The male driver of the Tesla was driving northbound on Kearny Villa Rd when he lost control of the vehicle.
He crashed through the barriers and fencing that protects the FAA building.
The male holding the crowbar broke out the windshield to get the male out of the car.
The driver was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
The SDPD will be handling the crash investigation.
Speed and use of cell phones were factors in this incident.

This sounds like the Tesla was using Autopilot or FSD if they were using a cellphone and managed to drive straight into the FAA facility. Usually when cellphone usage occurs while in a Tesla it was in an autonomous mode. Possible SUA and veer issue with the Tesla.
