Wrong person dipshit I can afford to waste a few bucks it would be well worth it to get to discovery in my opinion.
Things I would be interested in.
I'm interested in managements communication regarding losing the XTI merger and how long they knew about it and covered it up while misleading shareholders.
Did management pass info losing XTI merger to insiders first so they could offload shares at a higher price?
Did management know about INPX merger with XTI and did they or any advisors load up on shares and pass along information to insiders to do the same including Smarty.
What happened to nano lubes and sales of nano lubes and the lies incorporated with that pubically released lie.
Auctus communications.
XTI communications.
All communications between management and Smarty.
That's worth worth it to me I would gladly chip in to see if there is probably cause.
It would be nice to rip the money back out of managments accounts if there is evidence of fraud while misleading investors.
Im sure all the other shareholders in here would love to have those answers as well and so many others. I find it hard to believe management could literally be this stupid and worthless.
