A little beyond my experience, but I'm going to try to follow it. I usually delete cookies daily before shutting down, run a disc cleanup every couple of days and a defrag once a week. The other stuff is new to me. Thanks, I'll try it. Does having spyware help? I just got it but I don't know if it's doing anything.
