I may have spelt the name wrong, Scotty, my patrol dog, brought it up. When you clear your cookies, go to advanced settings in system, performance, enable no page file, do disk cleanup, starting with Run Prefetch. Restart and do a defrag. Enable system page file. If you have a program that Microsoft does not recognize, an alert will pop up. Chmd or whatever is a text convert plugin, llows other computors to link to yours as a resourse supply, will not gather personal information. but will use some of your computor's resources, ie. memory, processor, ect.
