I don't think anything pushed the timing on an MHRA decision back, I just think, like others here, that the inspection process was completed by end of January. As I wrote earlier, I don't know any of this as a "fact"... I had simply heard something similar to what DennisDave indicated. Given all that, I don't think the company should PR anything. The time for a PR on the MHRA decision is when the MHRA has made their decision. :)
