"I have no clue" - that is correct. I gave you the reasons and they ARE big:

Foundries that are not interested in working with you but are REQUIRED by the deal makers would be an example of a BIG problem.

Scrambled data that isn't 'locked down' on the material you are trying to sell would be another example of a BIG problem.

Deciding which tea to serve at the next ASM would be a SMALL problem.
