I'm fine with cutting wasteful spending but you cannot dismantle USAID, it is a congressionally approved entity codified by law. The president has no authority to unilaterally dismantle it without congressional approval.

You see, there's a way to go about things in our government to get rid of waste and nowhere in the constitution does it say that the POTUS decides all the laws. The court will most likely shoot him down tomorrow and he'll bitch like the toddler he is. His lawyers have no leg to stand on without any proof of the allegations from a news agency and it's also against the law to go about it in the way that he has done.
